For 2012, all handicaps in New England, will be revised on the 1st and 15th of each month. That means clubs must transmit by the end of the previous day in order for scores and players to be added to the GHIN system, by the revision date. After the revision has passed, clubs should again transmit to pickup the new handicaps. We encourage clubs to set their systems to transmit automatically every night. The first day to post scores in Maine is April 15, 2012 and the last day will be October 31, 2012. Important Note to Clubs: The deadline for inactivating players for billing purposes is May 14, 2012.

If a player is activated in a club's system between revision dates, the player's handicap will show up as "NH" until the next revision.
