Player Services ~ Find a Group to Play

     In order to request a tee time you must be an MSGA member and have at least three players. If you do, then you can go to our website at www.mesga.org and follow the links to check for open times at a particular event. If you see an open time that you would be interested in, just contact the MSGA and we will reserve that time for you. This would be for tournaments that have already been issued tee times. We accept tee time reservations in three blocks throughout the season; spring, summer & fall. Our website will have information as to dates for submitting requests and the deadlines. You can also sign up individually for our senior events and most of our special events. Generally, you can submit requests starting 2-3 weeks before the deadline date. We post when you can sign up on our website. 

    
If you don’t have a regular group you can get in as a single by checking our message board. After the tee times are published, there are always people looking for a fourth etc. If you want, you can post a message saying that you are available, just make sure to include specifics such as: what tournament you would like to play, what day and most important, your contact information.

     Another option is to just show up early at a tournament and try to get in with a threesome. You might have to hang out a little while but generally players do get in this way. Once you have played in a couple events you usually have made contacts and new friends and can join a regular team.
