Abnormal Ground Conditions:
An “abnormal ground condition” is any casual water, ground under repair or hole,
cast or runway on the course made by a burrowing animal, a reptile or a bird.
Ground Under Repair – All white lined areas, newly seeded areas through the
green & abnormal ground conditions including Sod Seams, Tire Ruts, Aeration
Holes & Cart Path Extensions. Check
with other player’s in-group before taking relief.
Relief – Nearest point no closer to hole or Marked Drop Area (YOU
MUST TAKE RELIEF FROM NEWLY SEEDED & SODDED AREAS THROUGH THE GREEN)

Drop areas on holes #2 are in play.
Bunker between holes #2 & #3; and #17 FRONT Bunker play as a waste
bunker. (1 Club length Preferred Lie, You may ground your club)

Stones
in bunkers are movable obstructions and may be removed under Rule 24-1.
Exposed Ledge through the green, relief no closer to the hole if interfering
with stance or swing
When in doubt to a procedure, play a second ball in accordance with Rule 3-3

DISTANCE MEASURING DEVICES: A player may obtain distance information by using a
device that measures distance only. A device that gauge or measure other
conditions (wind or gradient, etc) is not permitted, and would be subject to
disqualification under Rule 14-3.
